How do I measure my bracelet size?
Grab a tape measure, or if you don't have one handy, reach for a strip of paper, ribbon, or cord. Wrap it snugly around your wrist where you'd typically wear your bracelet - that'll be your wrist size. For a more relaxed fit, add 0.5cm.
How do I care for my jewelry?
We work hard to source for good quality hardware to complement our crystal jewelry.
To make sure your jewelry stands the test of time, we suggest keeping it away from water as much as possible. This means removing your jewelry before hopping in the shower or hitting the gym.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship locally in sunny Singapore and to Malaysia.

How long does it take for my orders to be shipped out?
Each of our bracelets is lovingly handcrafted, which means it takes us ~1 to 2 weeks to make them. We'll usually ship them out in a weeks time but give us a bit more time during peak gifting seasons!

What is Open Box policy?
We hear you girlies that shipping is expensive! While we try to look for cheaper shipping methods, we offer to keep your items with us so you can combine orders across launches then ship them together.
All orders are shipped out immediately unless you select the option to leave an Open Box during check out (this is only available for local orders for now!).
Note that we will keep your box open only up to 3 months and will automatically ship out your items after 3 months.
How does Open Box work?
Select the option to Open new box and pay for courier shipping on your first order. As soon as we confirm your order, we'll send you a special discount code to use on any future orders you'd like to add to your Open Box.
Please DM us on Instagram @prettylittlestone to close your box and ship out your items.
*Note that packages will automatically be shipped out 3 months past your first order date.
Can I return/exchange my item?
We believe that all crystals are perfectly imperfect, just like us! That's why we do not accept exchanges/returns at this point. We want you to love your Pretty Little Stones as much as we do, so please purchase only if you're comfortable with any natural lines or flat beads.
What if my order gets damaged in transit?
Rest assured, each crystal is handled with care and securely packaged before it begins its journey to you. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during transit. In the event of damage, we advise reaching out to the shipping company directly. However, we're committed to supporting you through this process to the best of our ability.
